三相恒功率電熱帶和單相恒功率電熱帶的原理基本相同，不同之處是單相帶采用單相供電，三相采用三相三角形供電，三相帶除有單相電熱帶的特點外，特別適用于長距離，大口徑管道的伴熱和保溫，可用于工廠一區、二區的爆炸性氣體混合物T3相吻合。

產品結構與工作原理
電源母線為二根平行絕緣銅線，在內絕緣層上纏繞電熱絲，并將電熱絲每隔一定距離（即“發熱節長”）與母線連接，形成連續并聯電阻。母線接通電后，各并聯電阻發熱，因而形成一條連續的加熱帶。

恒功率電執單位長度的發熱量恒定，使用的電熱帶越長，輸出的總功率越大，該電熱帶在現場能夠按實際需要長度任意剪切，或者在一定范圍內接地使用，并允許多次交叉重疊使用，此外具有柔韌性，可以方便地緊貼管道表面敷設，電熱帶外層的編織層不僅起著傳熱和散熱的作用，提高電熱帶的整體強度，同時還能作為安全接地線。
本電熱帶適用于管道，閥門、泵體的伴熱、防凍和保溫，或者維持儀表管線的工藝溫度。
A、用于在正常情況下連續流動的低凝固管線使用，可避免介質因停止流動而凝固。
B、需要嚴格控制作業溫度的液體管線的伴熱和保濕（須配用溫度控制器）

D、沿海井臺管道的伴熱保溫
